Buyer’s today are paying very close attention to a home’s condition—asking whether it’s truly move-in ready and quickly spotting deferred maintenance.

What does Zillow say?
In fact, according to Zillow, remodeled or move-in-ready homes tend to sell for about 3.7% more than comparable homes. And homes marketed as fixer-uppers will sell for about 7.3% less. These move-in-ready homes also attract significantly more online buyer interest.
What this means for sellers
